My name is George Vadivoulis and I grew up in Kythnos. All these years I have lived on the island I feel a strong desire to explore its land, history and culture.
The experiences I am going through this ongoing search are unique and the discoveries continue to this day!
Experience Kythnos is my passion to guide you to experiences through tours, hiking and sightseeing in Kythnos island.
At a short distance from Attica, between Kea and Serifos, Kythnos is one of the least explored islands of the Cyclades. Beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, the scenic Hora, classic Cycladic stone walls and hospitable locals make Kythnos a favorite and special destination.
George was our guide when we visited the island with our sailing trip. He told us a lot about the history and life of the island. The tour was very insightful and authentic. If we ever get back to Kinthos again, we will do a hiking.
Great tour of small hilltop village and cave. Not touristy. Fascinating to learn of history to present day residents. Lovely plants and trees growing throughout narrow, winding walk "streets".
Quality tour with George through the beautiful little town of Kythnos. Knowledgeable and entertaining it is a must do if you stop at this island. Legend.
George’s love and knowledge for the island and his passion for hiking is astonishing. Deeply interested and informed in all sectors he is an incredible, well experienced and skillful guide. We will definitely plan to be back to Kythnos, we really loved this place ❤ 🙂 !!!
George is a very passionate and informed local guide who showed us around the beautiful island of Kythnos. We learnt so much about the history of the island, the houses, fruits and the way of life throughout history. He also showed us the caves that were used as a fortress and mine. I can certainly recommend this tour if you are visiting Kythnos! George for Mayor :)
This was our first trip to Greece and Kythnos. As we drove to Driopida, George told us about the history, vegetation, industry, customs, culture, farming practices of Kythnos. George's English is flawless and he has a great sense of humor. Without this tour, we never would have been able to learn as much about the island or be able to appreciate all it has to offer.
